기온이  떨어졌네요  the temperature went down a lot or rapidly

재료  ingredients

배추, 무, 마늘, 생강, 파, 빨간 고추, 새우 젓, 소금, 찹쌀가루, 배, 사과, 양파, 당근

cabbage, raddish, garlic, ginger, scallion, red chilli pepper, marinated shrimps, salt, sticky rice powder, pear, apple, onion, carrot

절여야 해요  절이다 to marinate

배추는 2 포기, head of cabbage

갈랐고요  to split, to devide

두툼하게 잘랐어요  to divice into thick slice, thickly

저어줘야해요.  젓다. to stir

식히는, 식히다 to cool down

눈치가 참 빠르네요!   to have quick wits, quick sighted

믹서기  blender

갈아줍니다.  to mince, grind

다듬어 주고요. 다듬다 to clean

넓적하게 썰어줘요. to cut wide

단맛을 내기 위해 sweet taste.  to make a sweat taste, to sweeten

통마늘  whole bulb garlic

칼 옆 으로  a knife side

으깹니다   으깨다 to crush

편으로 썰어서  썰다 to slice into pieces

국물에 같이  soup, broth, bree

우러나면  우러나다 to infuse, turn into broth

그새 already

간을 맞춰주세요  to season with salt

차곡차곡  to pile up one by one

밑에 깔고  to place on the buttom

사이사이에 넣어요. to put between

끼웁니다   끼우다 to insert

화사하게    radiant, gorgeouse

켜켜이 쌓였습니다   in several layers 

잠겨야 잠기다   be immersed, be soaked

꾹꾹 눌러주세요  to press firmly

그윽하네요.  fruity, mellow

자랑을 해야겠네요.  To brag

군고구마   grilled sweet popatoes

우물가에서 숭늉 찾나요?  to seek hot water under cold ice
